BPHYT's bootcamp sessions are highly structured workouts designed and conducted by our founder Mike Fong.

Lower Body Strength Session
Want to add shape and strength to your lower body and core? How about lean muscle to improve the look and shape of your legs and butt? BPHYT's Lower Body Strength Sessions will give you all that and more. You'll soon find yourself doing daily lifting tasks with more ease and less risk. And check that butt!
Upper Body Strength Session
Give yourself the arms you've always wanted. Improve the look, shape and definition of your chest and back. Under Mike's careful supervision you'll find yourself reaching goals you've dreamed of but never thought possible. It is possible. We do it everyday at BPHYT!
Full Body Strength Session
Put it all together and get all the benefits of upper and lower body workouts in a single session! BPHYT's Full Body Strength Sessions are perfect if you have limited time or if you want to go that extra distance in your weekly workouts.
Remember when you were a kid and you actually had fun running, jumping, throwing and generally HAVING FUN with friends? That was actually a great way to workout and we do it right here at BPHYT! Great for weekend warriors, athletes or anyone wanting to feel young again. Friendly competitions and races keep will you moving and laughing all the way to the finish line!
The Conditioning Session
This is our infamous fast-paced, high-intensity conditioning class. Brass tacks: burn fat and maintain lean muscle in the most efficient way. Mike keeps things interesting and challenging with kettle bells, sleds, combat ropes, medicine balls and the dreaded assault bike! You'll hate it so much you'll be back tomorrow for more! ;)
Skills and Drills Session
If you're new to workouts or want to nail that dead lift technique or bench press, this is the session for you. Even experienced members benefit from these small-sized classes (about 4 people) where individualized attention can address your specific needs. You'd pay an arm and a leg for this kind of personalized training in an ordinary gym. But at BPHYT this is all part of the package.

About Mike Fong
I've been training clients for 10 years. About four years ago I started to see how risky some of the training programs are. I asked myself "What should I do to train my clients effectively and safely?"
Well, what I did was go back to school and I got a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy.
Now with that extensive science-based insight into how the body actually works I have a more complete understanding of how to most effectively help clients achieve their performance goals.
